The Credit Administration Specialist I performs a variety of administrative tasks to support closing of commercial and agricultural loans, including preparing all closing documents through the loan documentation system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepares closing documents for all commercial and agriculture loans in the loan documentation system.
  • Orders flood certificates for real estate secured loans through outside vendor.
  • Coordinates with loan officers and assistants regarding loan closings.
  • Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memorandums.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, general business correspondence and/or journals or government regulations.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and/or legal documents.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence.
Education and/or Experience
  • High school diploma or its equivalents is required.
Computer Skills
  • MS Office programs
