Responsibilities

Contribute to change, incident, and problem management with a focus on troubleshooting and prevention of outages
Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation and lead severe incident responses
Provide insights on reliability trends and partner on scalable solutions
Review high-risk platform changes to minimize impact and maximize success
Maintain automation-centric vision to increase reliability and decrease toil
Participate in technical design, architecture decisions, and troubleshooting
