Your field of responsibility Senior Technology Delivery Lead for IB Controls Program, responsible for delivery of all book of work items across Supervision, Mandates and Metrics projects. Book of work is driven by External Regulatory Requirements (such as Global Booking Model Review Program) as well as by Internal Controls, and is aimed at strengthening the firm's Supervision and Controls landscape while developing tools that enable Supervisors and Product COOs to be more efficient and effective. Delivery Lead will partner closely with IB Controls Team on book of work planning and execution. Delivery Lead will be responsible for: Ensuring timely and complete requirements/BRDs are received from IB Controls Team Facilitating Technical Solution Design that will address business requirements by working with Business Analysts, UX Designers and Technical Leads Partnering with Technical Delivery Lead on work break down, delivery timelines and resource allocation Liaising with QA Team on... testing plans and timelines Liaising with IB Controls Team on UAT testing plans and timelines Managing Budgets, Hiring/On-boarding of new resources as needed Mentoring and guiding junior team members and providing input / feedback for Performance Reviews for entire Controls Technology team Managing day-to-day Production issue escalations in collaboration with Global Controls Production Support Lead Your future colleagues We are a global team with people located in Pune, London, Raleigh and New York. Your skills and experience We are looking for an applicant who possess proven experience of at least 7-10 years of leading delivery of large-scale projects with global teams. Ability to keep big picture in mind without losing focus of details. Project Management: experience delivering projects working with Agile/Scrum team Business Analysis: experience in reviewing and refining business requirements, defining technical solutions thru UX design, documenting and explaining requirements to technical and QA teams (while this role won't be documenting requirements we want to ensure they understand how to do this properly) Technical Skills: data analysis via SQL a must; working knowledge of DevOps, OpenShift and Cloud Architecture preferred Communication Skills: ability to communicate optimally with senior business partners in Business or IT Inter-Personal: time management, ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities, positive and collaborative attitude, decision making, ensuring team's views are heard and incorporate Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives.
