Skills

Experience in commercial planning or analytics related to auto financing
Deep knowledge of auto financing products
Strong analytical and strategic skills
Clear and effective communication skills, especially in executive contexts
Autonomy in conducting projects and complex analyses
Ability to work well in a team and manage different stakeholders

Responsibilities

Conduct data analyses to support strategic decision-making
Develop and present executive presentations for stakeholders
Maintain and create new performance metrics
Manage KPIs and variable compensation for executives and analysts
Monitor market trends and recommend product improvements
Identify problems and opportunities in the business unit, proposing data-driven solutions
Conduct complex analyses autonomously and consistently, generating relevant insights
Question and interpret data, offering strategic recommendations to leadership
Manage projects and initiatives, along with diverse stakeholders
Conduct medium to high complexity analyses, especially involving operational and financial data
