Charge Nurse (LVN or LPT)
Crestwood Behavioral Health is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN or LPT) who is passionate about providing behavioral health care in a supportive environment that emphasizes recovery and personal empowerment.
Skills
- General nursing theory knowledge
- Mental health nursing experience (preferred)
- CPR and first aid certifications
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, organize, develop, implement, and evaluate nursing activities.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards of care.
- Participate in organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee client care on the clinical unit.
- Report to the Director of Nursing Services.
Education
- Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT
