LVN/LPT
Crestwood is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)/Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) to support clients in their recovery journey, focusing on compassionate care and innovative programs.
Skills
- Current California licensure as an LVN or LPT.
- Experience in mental health nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of DBT, WRAP, and Psychosocial Rehabilitation Principles preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to clients in treatment planning and medication administration.
- Support clients according to physician orders and applicable care standards.
- Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary care team.
Education
- Current licensure in California as an LVN or LPT.
