Scrum Master

Crete Cutter is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Scrum Master to join our diverse and talented team. The Scrum Master will be instrumental in guiding our teams through the Scrum framework, fostering a culture of collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. As a key leader, you will facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder meetings to ensure that projects are aligned with our business goals and are delivered on time. You will empower teams to deliver high-quality software solutions while maintaining a strong focus on Agile principles and methodologies. Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Serve as a mentor to team members on Agile practices and principles.
• Work closely with product owners to ensure effective backlog management and prioritization.
• Monitor team progress and remove any impediments that may hinder performance.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and collaboration.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to align on cross-team dependencies and practices.
• Guide teams in scaling Agile methodologies throughout the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in project management.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
