The Baskin-Robbins at Galena is looking for dedicated openers, swing, and closers with variable availability. Both weekly and weekend availability is ideal. Shifts will be 5-6 hours, and if an opener would like to work later into the afternoon for more hours, they may do so. Morning shifts are 10:00 - 4:00, night shifts are 4:00 - 11:00. Other smaller shifts are available in the day as needed.

Opener responsibilities include setting up the store, maintaining small equipment, cleaning, stocking, making treats and waffle cones, deposits, etc. Creating a clean and welcoming environment is a must. Closers will generally focus on customer service, but there are other responsibilities as well. There is significant opportunity for advancement with dedication and consistency.

Baskin-Robbins has recently begun accepting credit card tips. Customers have been very generous and employees have been receiving both cash and card tips. It has made a huge difference in paychecks. Tips add on average an additional 5.00 - 6.00 per hour to hourly pay.
