Social Media Intern

As a Social Media Intern at CrewBloom, you will be crucial in building and maintaining our online presence. You will be responsible for creating engaging content that attracts potential clients and candidates. Your passion for social media and ability to understand our target audience will be key to your success. This will be a great chance to work with the founding team and key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and curate high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos, tailored to our B2B audience.
• Social Media Management: Manage our social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) by posting engaging content, responding to comments, and interacting with our community.
• Community Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with our followers by participating in online discussions and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
• Analytics: Track social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights to inform our content strategy.
• Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients and industry influencers to expand our network.

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field).
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and a team player.
• Passion for the recruitment industry and a desire to learn about remote work.

• At least 15mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
• A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
• Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
