Position Summary:
Crinetics Pharmaceuticals has a strong partnership with an emerging biopharmaceutical company in endocrinology/rare disease to support Medical Affairs activities and execution.
As customer-facing field-based medical experts, the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) supports our client’s products, pipeline, and therapeutic areas by advancing scientific and collaborative relationships and acting as a conduit for timely knowledge exchange with key members of external healthcare communities and internal stakeholders towards optimized patient outcomes. The MSL function is knowledge-based, anchored in educating internal and external stakeholders in the science behind and safe and appropriate use of our products. The MSL supports the generation of scientific knowledge through facilitation of investigator-initiated trials and publications.

The Anticipated Base Salary Range: $164,000-$205,000
In addition to your base pay, our total rewards program consists of a discretionary annual target bonus, stock options, ESPP, and 401k match. We also provide top-notch health insurance plans for employees (and their families) to include medical, dental, vision and basic life insurance, 20 days of PTO, 10 paid holidays, and a winter company shutdown.
The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience and education. Crinetics Pharmaceuticals is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
