Program Operations Manager
Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support by empowering a community of trained volunteers. As a Program Operations Manager, you will oversee customer support and project management for some of our largest partners, ensuring high-level support for our 988 service.
Skills

- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Excel
Responsibilities
- Schedule internal meetings and track progress for teams supporting our 988 contract.
- Coordinate team members' attendance at relevant 988 meetings and events.
- Review all external 988 partner communications and coordinate necessary actions.
- Oversee and respond to performance and data reporting needs from external 988 partners.
- Maintain workflows and establish point-people for effective collaboration with partners.
- Support the expansion of service programs related to our 988 work.
