Crisis Text Line provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support by empowering a community of trained volunteers. As a Program Operations Manager, you will oversee customer support and project management for some of our largest partners, ensuring high-level support for our 988 service.

Responsibilities

Schedule internal meetings and track progress for teams supporting our 988 contract.
Coordinate team members' attendance at relevant 988 meetings and events.
Review all external 988 partner communications and coordinate necessary actions.
Oversee and respond to performance and data reporting needs from external 988 partners.
Maintain workflows and establish point-people for effective collaboration with partners.
Support the expansion of service programs related to our 988 work.
