What You'll Do:The Criteo Product Design department is composed of skilled teams of UX Designers, UI Designers, Researchers, and Writers. As a UX Designer on the Retail Media team, you'll help craft user experiences that enable brand marketers and retailers to set up and deliver relevant and insightful advertising experiences for their customers. The UX Design role is pivotal in understanding how our retailer, brand, and agency users behave and how best to support them achieve their marketing goals.Own and drive projects through the entire design process - from initial ideation and validation, to design execution, through to feature implementation into the product.Ensure each project deliverable aligns with client needs, adheres to technical constraints, and delivers business results.Work closely with UX Research and Product Marketing teams to coordinate and implement user research initiatives, ensuring that insights from user feedback inform product decisions.Transform abstract ideas into tangible, valuable user experiences, to foster alignment among stakeholders and provide clear direction.Collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, marketing, commercial teams, and fellow product designers, fostering clear communication throughout all project stages.Present design work to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale and value behind design decisions.Provide detailed design artifacts (user flows, mockups, prototypes) and support to engineers in order to guide feature implementation, ensure UX consistency, and adherence to Criteo's design vision and standards.Contribute to product and design roadmap planning, ensuring that priorities are well-defined and closely aligned with the overarching business objectives.Stay informed about developments in the digital advertising industry and emerging design trends to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.Who You Are:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field.2+ years of professional UX design experience.Proficiency in Figma.Capable of crafting and delivering designs for a comprehensive product with complex workflows, multiple scenarios, and edge cases.Possesses exceptional communication, listening, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.Ad tech, e-commerce, or B2B experience a plus.We acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
