Manager of Operations

Join a small but fast growing engineering firm with a positive, organized and ambitious team. Assist our many clients with their central Ohio real estate engineering service needs. Lead sales and operations efforts as described below.

You will be responsible for the operation of the company, and sales of new jobs. Tasks will generally include:

• Completing sales calls for all new incoming leads.
• Completing sales follow-ups with all existing job leads.
• Managing tracking of job lead status, all proposals.
• Scheduling jobs with customers.
• Managing longer term projects by way of coordination, problem solving, changes, and communication.
• Assist with company hiring, interviewing and onboarding.
• Reviewing existing job status and perform follow-ups with staff.
• Assist engineering team with administrative, human resource, operations and job questions.
• Reviewing and paying invoices.
• Managing our industry trade group activity.
• Addressing all computer/technology/software needs at the company.
• Manage annual tax filings, state registrations, insurance renewals.

You will work alongside an administrative assistant.
