Senior Production Designer

Critical Mass is seeking a Senior Production Designer to lead digital design projects at high scale. Ideal candidate will have experience in advertising agencies or production design studios, working on a variety of creative projects.

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop.
Experience with high-volume design workflows.
Knowledge of building and editing keynote & powerpoint decks.
Knowledge of motion design in Premiere/After Effects.

Responsibilities

Ensure continuity in the delivery of final files within agreed timeframes and high standards.
Translate key art into various resizes and versions for digital media.
Mentor junior Production Designers for their development.
Act as gatekeeper of brand guidelines.
