The Office of Advancement Services is looking for a highly capable CRM Analyst to ensure that Belmont University capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce/Affinaquest CRM system. An ideal candidate would be excited to dig into the data, ask thought provoking questions and be energize to highlight areas of opportunities. This role requires high-level access to the CRM system, to provide reporting and analysis, perform audits on data and processes, and connect the CRM with other business intelligence solutions. It will also require the ability to tell a story with data.

Work in collaboration with Data Coordinator to ensure data hygiene and maintenance is update to date and effect.

Communicating with internal stakeholders to update them on the status of projects.

Analyzing data to determine areas of improvement for current processes.

Reviewing internal stakeholder requests for proposals and proposals created by other firms to establish best practices. • Reporting on campaign performance over time to measure the effectiveness of efforts.

Developing and maintaining Internal/external relationships through regular communication and providing customer service.

In conjunction with Prospect Manger, the data analyst would be conducting research to identify potential constituents that fit the internal stakeholder’s target market.

Creating proposals for new business opportunities based on identified needs of internal stakeholders. • Helping clients develop strategies to improve their use of technology to increase efficiency or reach more customers.
