The Opportunity

Abt’s IT Enterprise Platforms team is seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to lead the digital delivery of its internal marketing & business development applications. This role would act as an internal product manager and stakeholder champion to shape the roadmap and vision of our marketing and sales technology. The ideal candidate would have core knowledge in applying marketing and sales related processes in an industry standard CRM technology such as Oracle CX/Sales Cloud. Experience with OTBI and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud a plus.. This person will be responsible for understanding and anticipating current and future sales/marketing technology needs to support our company’s growth objectives. In this hands-on role, you will regularly work with marketing, business development and cross-functional teams acting as a bridge between the technical and service innovation/business development teams to ensure the technology solutions are practical and meet the needs of the business. This role is a mix of technical, business analysis, product thinking, user-centric design and cross-team collaboration.

Core Responsibilities

  • Partner with Marketing and Business Development internal stakeholders to align CRM technology capabilities with Company objectives
  • Identify and prioritize CRM application areas that have the most impact, be it on growth, revenue or improved ways of working.
  • Develop and execute a CRM business and system capabilities roadmap.
  • Manage the product lifecycle of Abt’s CRM and other marketing and sales technologies, ensuring that appropriate integrations are in place between systems
  • Partner with marketing and sales analytics leads to ensure the appropriate technology is in place for effective reporting
  • Lead business and process change implementation, providing input and solutions in relation to the CRM system
  • Champion adoption of CRM creating a wider understanding of the value it brings
  • Liaison closely with Abt’s IT teams, and vendor partners, to implement, enhance and deliver CRM functionality to Abt’s internal stakeholders

What We Value

  • Bachelor's degree + 9 of relevant experience, Master's degree + 7 relevant experience, or PHD + 4 relevant experience
  • 5 + years of overall experience as a product manager in the marketing and sales technology space
  • Must have working knowledge of Oracle CX Cloud. Experience with OTBI and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud a plus.
  • Must have led a CRM implementation project with experience building an interconnected marketing and sales ecosystem.
    • Must have an understanding of the campaign to win value chain and how technology can be used to enable marketing and sales teams.
    • Must have a strong understanding of existing and emerging technologies in the marketing/sales space.
    • Must have experience building and delivering to a technology strategy and roadmap in partnership with relevant business stakeholders.
    • Develops process and product requirements and work with both internal and external team members to prioritize and implement requirements, perform user acceptance testing, and launch the requirements.
    • Provides day-to-day oversight and technical support for Abt’s marketing and sales platforms, primarily focused on CRM and inclusive of system integrations.
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to facilitate large interdisciplinary stakeholder sessions. Work closely with Business Process Owners across various business functions to guide discussion and scope and draft functional and technical requirements.
    • Proven ability to lead/influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
    • Should have strong vendor management experience.
    • Must have experience in change management.
    • Experience in project management and software development is preferred.

This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately $105,120.07 to $168,192.11 and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
