Your role: GTM Technology & Insights Analyst


Our Strategy & Operations team is hiring — a GTM Technology & Insights Analyst — to scale the effectiveness of our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and reporting. This role will be a critical partner in both maintaining and enhancing our tech stack, as well as building impactful reports and dashboards that guide decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.


What You’ll Do:
  • Support the Revenue Technology Analyst in day-to-day administration, configuration, and enhancement of GTM systems
  • Help maintain and optimize the GTM tech stack, ensuring platforms are integrated and aligned to business goals
  • Bring deep familiarity with a variety of sales, marketing, and customer success tools and apply best practices to configuration and use
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and systems, supporting cross-functional needs with timely and accurate solutions
  • Design and develop operational and strategic reports, dashboards, and data models using SQL and BI tools
  • Deliver insights and reporting for GTM stakeholders at all levels, from frontline reps to senior leadership
  • Participate in tool evaluations, system implementations, and user training
  • Document processes, configurations, and data logic for internal knowledge sharing


Ideally you'll have:
  • 2–4 years of experience working with GTM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.) in a revenue operations, systems admin, or technology analyst capacity
  • Experience with data warehouse environments (e.g., BigQuery) is required
  • Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with relational databases for reporting and data validation
  • Experience building reports and dashboards for business users (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and integrating customer data across systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments


Nice to have:
  • Prior experience building and optimizing tech stack systems in fast moving start ups
  • Prior experience supporting high-growth SaaS or startup teams
  • Knowledge of data governance and RevOps best practices
