Come grow with us!Job Description:You will be responsible for leading a team to recruit high caliber professionals to join Crowe's Consulting practice. This is an opportunity to work directly with Consulting business leadership and hiring managers/partners to gain an understanding of their staffing needs and identify recruiting practices. Success will be measured by your ability to identify, attract, and assess applicants as well as facilitate a defined recruiting process for your Consulting recruiting team. Applicants must be able to demonstrate, through experience, an ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and an ability to influence and guide their recruitment efforts. In addition, applicants need to have leadership and team management experience.Essential Functions• Lead, mentor and develop a team of recruiters providing guidance on best practices, process improvements and professional development within the Consulting business unit• Forecast hiring needs based on business growth projections and work with senior leadership to plan and manage recruitment initiatives• Identify and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including the use of technology, social media, networking events and industry partnerships• Consult and strategize with Hiring Managers/Partners on developing and executing hiring strategies • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful execution of recruitment campaigns and initiatives• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, past candidates and current business leaders and employees• Excellent communication, organization, and talent assessment skills• Accurately report and track candidate data for the Consulting business unit• Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned• Solid direct sourcing / cold call experience• The ability to interact effectively with all levels of professionals• Successfully source, screen interview, evaluate and hire qualified candidates• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the recruitment processQualifications• Bachelor’s degree required• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least three years in a leadership role• Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop others• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions• Demonstrated success recruiting in a highly aggressive and competitive market• Proven ability to be strategic, adaptable, and proactive• Successfully build client relationships and meet/exceed client expectations• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office package (primarily Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems• Professional Services recruiting experience preferred• Strong sourcing background using various methods and technology• Experience on behavioral interviewing techniquesWe expect the candidate to uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship.
