Job Description

Crown is looking for all levels of Data Scientists to work on the NAMS-2 project in Mountain View, CA to:

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies found in big data sets by performing extensive data analysis to develop insights.
  • Perform data mining, cleaning, and aggregation processes to prepare data, implement data models, conduct analysis, and develop databases.
  • Interpret results from multiple structured and unstructured data sources using programming, statistical, and analytical techniques and tools.
  • Designs, develops, and implements machine learning tools to organize, extract and present relevant information from a variety of real-world data sets.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand each data analysis projects' underlying purpose, focus, and objectives.

Qualifications

Required:  A Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or equivalent with 5 or more year’s relevant experience.

Desired:  Experience in implementing machine learning algorithms for NASA and/or NASA-relevant problems. 

Prefer candidates local to the SF Bay Area

The salary range is $150,000 - $170,000
