Customer Service Representative

About the Role

An opportunity has become available for a results-driven and motivated individual looking to step into the world of sales. Reporting to the NSW Service Manager, this role is a service sales position who will be responsible for the sale of contract maintenance programs for material handling equipment

will be trained to become sales professionals and responsible for delivering exceptional professionalism, customer service and administration support to the Sydney Service Department.

A comprehensive induction program, including on the job training and mentoring by Managers and other successful team members will be provided.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Ensure the customer’s needs are satisfied whilst ensuring Crowns demands are met.
  • Customer site visits on a regular basis to improve & promote Crowns products available.
  • Ensure all requested quotes are delivered in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Pursue new business and develop key existing accounts within the customer base.
  • Analyse opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships via cold calls, presentations, and following up on leads for new business.
  • Develop service sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts using local and market research.
  • Prepare quotations, cost reports, performance reports and customer correspondence.
  • Develop plan to maximize time with customers to seek new business and enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize online resources to maintain accurate records of cold calls, customer files, and sales activity information.
  • Discuss weekly activities with management

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will have an enthusiastic can-do attitude, a high-energy approach, fast learning skills and motivation to succeed. You will also need superior organisational skills and sales experience is highly desired.
