Job Description Summary

Position Objective: Monitor invoice lifecycle for each project and work across all CRT functions (Operations, Technicians, Sales, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Maintenance) to facilitate timely, accurate, and profitable invoicing; maintain oversight of CRT Accounts Payable and Purchase Order system.

Position Responsibilities :

  • Maintain vendor purchase order systems
    • Create all requested POs
    • Maintain purchase order status currency
    • Reconcile Purchase Orders
    • Perform purchase order reporting and month-end close out
      • Close out all POs monthly.
      • Monitor and communicate all POs extending into the next month/ quarter
    • Assist with new vendor onboarding
  • Job Costing and Management:
    • Monitor and maintain the group distribution email(s)
    • Create and allocate job cost accounting
    • Communicate with CRT sales representatives, lead technicians, operations, maintenance, manufacturing, and management to review and approve job costs incurred to the business
    • Review incurred costs for proper types, costs, amounts, notes, backup, placeholder status and backup support; correct as necessary
    • Verify vendor invoices against corresponding incurred cost, POs, equipment records, rental periods, labor records, etc.
  • Equipment Logistics and Management
    • Allocate and itemize incurred cost records to projects
    • Reconcile costs against purchase orders as necessary
    • Assist operations staff with logistical document lifecycle – verify status, asset listing, and origin and destination completeness and accuracy
  • Invoicing Support:
    • Review invoice incurred costs and supporting documentation ensuring they are complete, applicable, and accurate
    • Ensure all costs are allocated to assigned POs and incurred cost table with the applicable supporting documentation
  • Additional Duties:

    • Manage and prioritize multiple competing tasks with detail-oriented focus
    • Demonstrate creative problem solving and solution resourcefulness
    • Effectively collaborate and communicate across CRT and Sunbelt enterprise via a variety of written and verbal mediums
    • Efficiently manage, review and correct extensive data tables
    • Understand and comply with Sunbelt Rentals safety standards and training requirements
    • Deploy to select project sites and/or catastrophic event locations as necessary, potentially for extended periods of time
    • Manage expense report via commercial web-based expense accounting platform (Concur)

Requirements:

Education & Experience :

  • High School diploma or GED required
  • 0 -2 years of equipment rental industry experience preferred
  • General understanding of Emergency Response operations
  • Extensive experience in web-based accounting and inventory management
  • Thorough knowledge MS-Office applications
  • English as primary language

Base Pay Range: $24.28 - 32.85
