Crunchyroll is seeking an organized eCommerce Operations Specialist to manage operations for their European store, collaborating with multiple teams to enhance customer experiences.
Skills
- Fluent in English and either French or German.
- Experience in logistics and warehousing.
- Proficient in Salesforce Commerce Cloud or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and deadline management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Responsibilities
- Manage backend operations of the European store.
