As a Culinary Intern with Three Leaf Catering at the University of Notre Dame, you will have the opportunity to support the mission and goals of a "Best in Class" dining program. Your culinary skills will be accelerated, as you will be helping prepare meals for high-profile events on campus. You will learn from our award winning chefs and leave the internship program with experiences that will propel you into your post-graduate culinary career. As a culinary intern at Three Leaf Catering, your typical day includes:-
Preparing work areas for food production and service.

Preparing and delivering food.
-
Supporting special events.
-
Performing tasks related to appearance, safety and sanitation of food production and service.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrate basic kitchen skills.
- Obtain ServSafe and Aller-Train certifications.
- Must have prior student or working experience within a professional kitchen
Preferred Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a culinary arts program is preferred.
