Responsibilities
- Consult with customers to drive platform adoption and value realization.
- Develop risk mitigation plans for customers failing to derive business value.
- Run strategic sessions with customers to drive deeper platform adoption.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide scaled outreach and education to customers.
Education
- 2+ years in Customer Success and/or HR
- Experience with HR Tech (SaaS preferred)
