Culture Amp is seeking a Customer SDR I to help drive qualified pipeline opportunities within existing customer accounts, contributing to their mission of improving employee experience.

Skills

  • Sales development experience in a B2B environment

  • Experience with SDR tools
  • Proficient in cold calling

Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement with existing customer accounts
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from customers
  • Identify and research existing customer accounts to engage with
  • Incorporate a variety of outreach tactics
  • Review and analyze activity metrics to meet goals
  • Qualify customer account interest for expansion opportunities

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
