Drive engagement with existing customer accounts
Respond to inbound inquiries from customers
Identify and research existing customer accounts to engage with
Incorporate a variety of outreach tactics
Review and analyze activity metrics to meet goals
Qualify customer account interest for expansion opportunities
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
