Job TitleDirector, OperationsJob Description SummaryReports to the Account CAO and is responsible for account management functions including KPI performance management, client-facing operating rhythms, business communications, business case development, and supporting ad hoc client requests. This position will help formulate the account strategy and drive alignment of account priorities across service lines and support functions. Additionally, this role is responsible for all internal account communications and supporting leaders with developing meaningful deliverables for the client and internally.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:• Account Management – responsible for managing the following activities:• Contract Governance (KPIs and other MSA compliance items)• Client Relationship Management (Relationship Matrix, CIP, etc.)• Operating reviews (QBR, Monthly Operating Reviews, etc.)• Client communications (Monthly Executive Summary)• Other client requirements & ad hoc requests (e.g., client supplier compliance requests)• Internal leadership alignment & deliverables – responsible for managing the following activities:• Account – Town Hall, contract training, Senior Leadership Team weekly meeting, quarterly in-person leadership meetings• Platform – Account Business Planning tool, Year-in-Review, and other ad hoc requests• Program management – responsible for managing the following activities:• Transformation, Cost Savings, Steering Committees (specifically DEI)• Communications – responsible for managing the following activities:• General account-wide communications• Weather-related communications• Coordinating marketing/design support• Leadership & people management• Responsible for leading and managing a team of 1-5 people• Other skillsets• Program management• Process development• Change management• Training development• Knowledge management• Playbook support• SharePoint site management• Teams managementEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:• Bachelor’s Degree required.• Strong skillset across the Microsoft suite – PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.WORK EXPERIENCE:• 7-10+ years of related work experience in program management• Specialized knowledge / skills:• Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills to understand, analyze, and interpret highly complex business and financial data and develop innovative solutions.• Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations.• Requires strong relationship building skills to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, senior leadership, and client groups to take desired action.• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.• Requires strong working knowledge of process analysis, standardization, improvement, and redesign.PHYSICAL DEMANDS/ENVIRONMENTAL WORK CONDITIONS:Must be able to travel monthly. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, Cushman and Wakefield provide eligible employees with competitive pay, which may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements.The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.The compensation for the position is: $154,105.00 - $181,300.00Cushman & Wakefield provides equal employment opportunity.
