Job TitleVP, Global Inclusive Growth DEIJob Description SummaryThe Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion team leads the company's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) globally. As a member of the DEI leadership team, this newly created role will serve as a senior thought leader and DEI expert who partners with business leaders and development teams to implement strategies and plans to grow business leveraging our expertise and commitment to DEI. This role will report to the Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer (CDEIO) and work closely with the global DEI team to ensure alignment of DEI efforts. The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated commercial experience and success, a passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion with a global and innovative mindset.Job DescriptionPrincipal ResponsibilitiesDEI Leadership Contribute thought leadership to enterprise DEI strategy and partner with local leadership to translate into a regional (Americas, APAC, EMEA) action plans.Provide deep validated experience, thought leadership, advice, coaching, solutions, and consultation with the People Team, business leaders and the regional Diversity Councils.Formulate and execute innovative and customized enterprise-wide or business-specific diversity strategies and tactics that drive progressive and measurable outcomes.Provide guidance on change management strategies, ensuring alignment with the DEI vision and goals.Deliver informative and persuasive presentations to all levels of the organization, including board and executive levels.Monitor and identify DEI trends in the marketplace.Share insights with internal teams, including market leadership, marketing, and service delivery teams.Stay up to date on regulatory and policy developments affecting DEI and the implications for Cushman & WakefieldEstablish and maintain external partnerships that support the achievements of the DEI objectives. Facilitate external thought leadership and brand visibility opportunities, including speaking engagements, sponsorships, conferences.Commercial ImpactIntegrate DEI considerations into revenue strategies in partnership with Brokerage, service line and workplace solutions leadership.Lead discovery sessions to comprehensively understand client needs and pain points in alignment with their DEI standings, commitments, and goals.Lead enterprise DEI Advisory Program which is committed to investing in broker talent and nurturing external brokerage relationships.Evolve DEI Advisory Program to a best-in-class model that drive equitable access to business opportunities, development and growth opportunities and increased retention of talent.Build internal and external relationships with stakeholders in target markets to drive accountability, sustainability, and deliver on client’s DEI expectations.Build and track KPI’s and essential metrics that measure impact and opportunity.Required Experience and KnowledgeQualifications:An undergraduate degree is required; an advanced degree such as an MBA, MS or related graduate degree is preferred.
