Are you self-driven and reliable? Do you have experience in customer service, cash application & collections or revenue accounting operations? If you answered yes, Zywave would love to talk to you! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in accessing and processing payments through our online payment portals, resolving customer contract/invoice inquiries as well as partnering with Collections and Customer Support teams to deliver a consistent Customer-First Zywave experience.

As a Billing Support Rep, you will be responsible for calling and assisting customers in accurately and timely updating their electronic payment methods including credit cards. You will be supporting a highgrowth, multichannel business with several distinct ERP’s and cash application systems/processes. In this customer service role, you will also be responsible for resolving customer payment and other post-sale contract customer support case inquiries including updates to customer contact info and orders.
