SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accepting/processing orders and answering questions about price, product availability, order status, and lead-times. Acts as a liaison between Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and the customer to ensure efficiency and communication are maintained. Monitors, follows-up, and resolves issues with customers regarding changes in requirements (which could be customer or company driven). Works to resolve all issues related to delivery, pricing, and any other general issues customers may have in a timely manner. Works with all internal departments at all levels to ensure customer satisfaction

Physical Requirements:
This work requires the following physical activities: climbing, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting, reaching, sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs. of material, finger dexterity for activities such as data entry and calculator use, grasping, repetitive motions, speaking, hearing, visual acuity, and mobility between locations. Use of both hands is required.
