Listening to customers’ concerns and handling complaints and returns

Giving detailed explanations of services or products
-
Working with a various team to create better methods to address customer complaints
-
Reviewing customer accounts and transactions while resolving issues

Communicating with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone or on social media
-
Receiving orders, calculating charges and processing payments
-
Monitoring customer satisfaction levels
-
Referring customers to superiors when necessary
Skills, Education Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
-
Proficiency in use of computers with experience in CRM software/ tools.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Outlook)
-
Experience in data entry support
-
Experience working with shipping carriers
-
Detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
-
Ability to consistently communicate via telephone, email, and in person
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to prioritize and multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy
-
Time management skills with ability to manage how much time is spent on a task

Customer service-oriented mindset
-
Eager to learn and can absorb information quickly

Analytical and problem-solving with ability to make sound decisions based on facts, policies, and customer needs

Self-motivated

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Ability to effectively manage and keep up with daily workflow
Preferred Skills:

2 years telephone customer service experience supporting.

Experienced in a customer service environment
-
Experienced with service, incident, and sales management tools and systems
-
Experience working directly with businesses and end consumers
-
Ability to speak fluently in English and another language
