Customer Care Tech Provider

Job Scope:

Are you passionate about problem solving and customer service? The function of the Customer Care Technical Provider is to address all customer concerns regarding the technical aspect and troubleshooting of our products, with the special focus on shower door product installation and parts replacement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to inquiries on complaints, ship dates, product availability and shortage claims.
  • Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to respond to customers’ technical inquiries and to help troubleshoot questions concerning installation and malfunctioning products.
  • Address customer claims and escalate concerns as needed

Education / Experience Preferred:

  • College degree preferred and/or 3 years or more in a customer care environment
  • Salesforce CRM experience preferred
  • Building or DIY Industry knowledge preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour
