Customer Data Analytics needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s client located in Erie, PA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Data Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Customer Service and Operations department, you will play a vital role in supporting Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) by providing essential data analysis and insights to enhance customer order management and ensure smooth operations. Your expertise in Oracle MRP and data analytics will be instrumental in improving customer satisfaction and overall efficiency in the order fulfillment process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support CSR Activities in Oracle MRP:
• Collaborate with CSRs to understand their data needs and provide accurate and timely data extracts from the Oracle Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Ensure the data provided is reliable, relevant, and aligned with CSR requirements to address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Pulling/Running/Updating Customer Order Reports:
• Regularly generate and update various customer order reports using relevant data from Oracle MRP.
• Analyze and interpret the data to identify order status, pending actions, delays, and potential bottlenecks.
• Create visually appealing and informative reports to facilitate decision-making processes.
• Data Analysis and Insights:
• Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to identify patterns and trends in customer orders, enabling proactive measures to improve order processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather additional data and insights to drive process improvements and enhance customer experiences.
• Collaborate with WAB Buyers and Suppliers:
• Work closely with the WAB (Works Allocation Board) buyers and suppliers to ensure alignment on delivery commitments and promises to customers.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide feedback to suppliers to improve on-time delivery and overall reliability.
• Process Optimization:
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data management processes, reporting procedures, and data accuracy to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and tools to support data analytics efforts.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• 1-3 years of experience and HS Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in utilizing Oracle MRP or similar enterprise resource planning systems.
• Proficiency in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis using tools like Excel, SQL, or business intelligence software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with CSRs, WAB buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in customer data analysis and order management is a plus.

Location: Erie, PA

Pay Rate: $40-44 per hour

Hours: On-Site role with OT offered
