We're looking for a Customer Education Program Manager to develop our customer learning curriculum. You'll be playing a vital role in enabling our customers to leverage and understand the value of Branch's full product suite and offerings. As a Customer Education Program Manager, you'll work closely with Product, Product Marketing, and our Field Teams to create and deploy high quality courses and education collateral with the intent of driving product adoption at every point of the customer lifecycle.

As a Customer Education Program Manager, you'll get to:

  • Develop and maintain a scalable customer education framework, to include onboarding, and ongoing training strategies for various roles within the customer organization.
  • Develop and maintain customer training and assessment materials across a variety of formats (instructor led, webinars, videos, guides, quizzes, and assessments).
  • Work with our Product and Product Marketing teams to develop customer education collateral for new release.
  • Maintain and update all customer education materials based on product enhancements.
  • Establish program goals and priorities.
  • Build and implement customer enablement and training strategies that address global needs.

You'll be a good fit if you have:

  • 5-7+ years of experience as a Customer Education Manager working with a B2B product.
  • Experience with a variety of digital delivery formats, methods, and tools.
  • Experience maintaining or implementing learning management systems and developing curriculums.
  • The ability to prioritize and lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communications skills that lead you to be comfortable interacting with technical and non-technical teams to quickly turn insights into actions.
  • A relentlessly curious mind that isn't willing to walk away from an idea that has real value to the business when you hit a roadblock.

In accordance with applicable law, the following represents a reasonable estimated compensation range for this role: the estimated pay range for this role, if based in Denver, CO, is $109,400 - $139,500.

Please note that this information is provided for those hired in Denver only. Compensation for candidates outside of Denver will be based on the candidate's specific work location.

Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may be more or less than the amount shown above.
