Customer Experience Associate

We are looking for full-time friendly, committed, and driven team members for our Sales Resource Center. StorageMart representatives answer sales calls, address customer needs, collect and confirm customer information, collect payments and advise callers on appropriate StorageMart services.

We offer multiple shifts, a competitive starting rate of $15/hour plus 20% incentives, generous opportunities for bonus pay and commissions, and career growth opportunities.

This is not a remote position.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Strong typing skills and computer literacy
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred
