About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic, results-oriented Customer Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for customer engagement programs to showcase faster time-to-value that will increase loyalty, adoption and usage. Operating as a team player, you will work cross-functionally with colleagues in Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to apply your deep customer understanding, curiosity, and creativity to build delightful customer experiences and support the adoption and renewals of AlphaSense.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and lead the post-sale customer lifecycle programs, leveraging trigger-based and stage-based campaigns to engage customers at every step of their journey including activation, onboarding, engagement, loyalty, adoption, upsell and renewal
- Work cross-functionally to map and align the customer journeys for relevant audiences and segments at all stages of the post-sale customer lifecycle
- Own and improve the customer journey across new and existing channels, including webinars, email, review sites (e.g., g2, TrustRadius, Capterra ), and our website
- Work cross-functionally to develop effective feedback loops to ensure key insights and learnings from customers are being captured and delivered to the appropriate teams internally.
- In partnership with customer advocacy, identify potential influencers and advocates from customers' activity and create scalable outreach to cultivate these individuals to participate in acts of advocacy
- Measure impact and report on program effectiveness while constantly looking at ways to optimize results
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience leading marketing strategy and tactics in a B2B SaaS company (experience in market and competitive intelligence or financial services a plus)
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Demonstrated success building programs leveraging a wide range of tactics
- Extraordinary writing, editing, and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to influence and lead at all levels of the organization
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and run multiple concurrent project demands within established timelines
- Passion for results, measurement, and optimization to continuously drive ROI
- Collaborative team player, willing to go the extra mile to help other team members excel

Customer Marketing Manager
Base Compensation Range*: $100,000-$110,000
Additional Components: You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.
- For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables.
