Customer Onboarding Consultant - Remote

As our Customer Onboarding Consultant, you will be responsible for driving the success of our customers during their first 90 days with Appcues by providing design expertise and hands-on content building support. You will be a critical part of setting Appcues' customers up for long-term growth by educating and enabling them on platform features and product-led growth strategies. This is a customer facing role and one that works cross-functionally with Appcues new business sellers, account managers, and technical support teams. A strong focus on customer lifetime value, project management, design, and process will be core to success in this role.

In this role you will...

    • Provide hands-on consultation and support during customer onboarding
    • Build and improve campaign objectives based around customer goals
    • Consult on design strategies with CSS and HTML so customers can deliver best in class content to their users
    • Ensure customers are maximizing the value of the platform through feature/best practice education
    • Oversee the success of campaigns by providing recommendations on strategy, performance, and creative set-up
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams to improve the overall customer experience by representing their voice, providing product feedback and recommendations
    • Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Appcues platform, services, methodologies, and strategies for a broad range of use cases and customer goals
    • Identify and act on areas for growth within Appcues offerings
    • Assist the CS team as a whole by providing design trainings and internal support as needed

    • Have experience with CSS & HTML
    • Are a very strong project organizer
    • Are comfortable offering suggestions on how our customers can improve the look of their content
    • Have experience working with technical and SaaS products
    • Are empathic and able to build rapport quickly
    • Have experience with web technologies
    • Have excellent communication skills, and an ability to work independently with a distributed team
    • Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Have a strong attention to detail
    • Have experience in onboarding and the Product-Led Growth methodology

100% remote
- We don’t have an office so all of our employees learn and collaborate in the same way using remote work practices.
