Customer Order Controller – US Naval Services
Walpole, MA or Indianapolis, IN
As a Customer Order Controller for Rolls-Royce, you will provide operational support for mission critical shipments of aftermarket service parts to the US Navy, allied navies and the industrial base supporting them in the execution of their missions. You will work directly with our customers, advocate for their needs and communicate delivery status on a regular basis. You will perform transactional duties in SAP, as well as gain a tactical understanding of the processes and tasks required of a COC. In this role you will also provide support by compiling appropriate data, analyzing that data, and preparing charts and reports to inform strategy and track our performance meeting customer expectation.
