About this role:

CyberArk is looking for an experienced Customer Programs Specialist – EBC Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will build and grow a strategic customer marketing program. The ideal candidate is creative and has experience coordinating cross-functional projects. The right candidate is willing to be hands-on with early program execution, while at the same time building a scalable, global program that will expand over time. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing a best-in-class executive briefing program that drives deeper and expanded relationships with our prospects, customers, and partners.


What you will do:

  • Support development and coordination of the CyberArk Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program.
  • Qualify briefing requests with sales leadership, strategically plan events, coordinate all tactical components of briefings (administrative/logistical/hospitality), and participate in the execution of briefings.
  • Coordinate all details of the pre-briefing planning phase, including discovery call meetings with account teams, gathering executive and subject matter expert availability, providing draft agenda and EBC date options to account teams, sending internal and external calendar invitations, setting up and leading internal prep calls, and providing account executive with EBC moderator script. For on-site EBCs, additional coordination includes arranging catering, transportation, and preparing EBC conference room with visitor gifts, printed agendas, name cards, notebooks and pens.
  • Participate in virtual and in person briefings as a moderator, assisting the team with session transitions, monitoring the time, and capturing the notes, key insights, and next steps.
  • Following meetings, generate customer-facing meeting notes, document follow up activities, logging attendees and notes in Salesforce report, and ensuring timely completion of commitments made.
  • Responsible for end to end support for all tier 2 & 3 international briefings and Delegation visits
  • Maintain EBC reports in Salesforce and report EBC insights on a regular cadence
  • Work with product marketing and other relevant teams and vendors to assist with updating EBC presentation materials
  • Communicate directly with customers, sales, marketing, administrative services, consulting, and executive leadership to strategically plan, schedule, and execute executive briefings.
  • Work with internal program stakeholders and leadership team to market briefing center programs to increase awareness and provide valuable communications.
  • Develop and oversee training programs for internal staff, account managers, and presenters.
  • Participate in ongoing cyber security training.
  • Support other customer marketing initiatives as needed.

What you need to succeed:

  • BA/BS degree and 4+ years client-facing experience, preferably in high-tech industry
  • 5+ years as an Executive Briefing program manager OR in a field marketing role working on customer events or field programs
  • Reliable, confident, and articulate
  • Available to work during normal business hours (8:30am-5:30pm) and on occasion, early mornings (6am ET), or late evenings (8pm-10pm ET) to accommodate international briefing needs.
  • Ability to be on-site at Newton office to support all in-person briefings up to 5 days per week, based on customer availability and customer requests.
  • Must have impeccable attention to detail and the ability to complete all tasks in order within a complex planning cycle process
  • Spelling and grammatical accuracy in all internal and communications
  • Client-facing experience in a highly professional office environment
  • Strong work ethic with energetic, professional, team-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work in Newton, MA office, with occasional domestic and international travel.
