- First 7 weeks of training are provided on-site, Monday – Friday (Compulsory attendance) Training hours will be 0800-1600
- After the training period, you will work 35 hours per week, shifts will include 1 weekend day each week and shifts up to 10pm
Whatever your background, if you are customer focused and self-motivated this could be an excellent opportunity for you to join a major high street bank in their Fraud Centre of Excellence, where you will be taking inbound calls from customers who have queries or questions in relation to their account.
With a first-class training program, all you will need are first-class customer service skills, being comfortable with different computer systems, and enjoying a fast-paced environment, all whilst working as part of a great team.
