Customer Service Analyst

Customer Service support to Automotive OEM Customers like Ford, GM, Toyota, BMW, etc.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and maintain customer master data in SAP including Customer Schedule Agreements
  • Create master label and bar code label information in SAP
  • Daily review and processing of all incoming customer EDI orders into SAP
  • Enter manual customer orders into SAP
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve customer accumulation discrepancies in SAP
  • Monitor customer electronic notification systems and portals such as DDL, SuperG, Covisint, SMART, etc. interacting regularly with the customer to know and understand their expectations as well as communication customer expectations to our Operations team
  • Evaluate and process customer disputes (delivery rating violations, invoicing discrepancies including excess charges for weight violations, ASN violations, and other similar charges)
  • Process customer workflows, identifying reasons for excess charges, create customer credit/debit memos as needed
  • Work with customer to set up customer expedite shipments as needed
  • Maintain Customer past due log and expedite log
  • Regularly process customer billings in SAP
  • Regularly review work instructions to ensure documents accurately state necessary work processes
  • Maintain accurate record keeping and reporting utilizing SAP
  • Operates a computer, calculator, copier, fax machine and other standard office equipment
  • Performs all activities in a professional and positive manner
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

YOUR PROFILE:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Automotive OEM Customers

Required Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
  • Working knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to work in a cooperative, positive team approach

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
