USLI is seeking candidates to join our innovative and collaborative Instant Quote team, servicing incoming phone calls and web chats from brokers and agents. Candidates must be able to project the “USLI Experience” by providing excellent service and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a positive and friendly attitude, a high service mindset, strong verbal and written communication skills and problem-solving capabilities. The ability to be assertive, multi-task and transition efficiently between tasks is required. Customer service experience or insurance experience preferred. Extensive training is provided. This position is part time, subject to a maximum of 29 hours per week, year-round. Starting hourly compensation will be $25.75 per hour. Part time team members are included in our profit-sharing program, are eligible for pay increases and year-end bonuses and can enjoy our community benefits such as free lunch and access to our state-of-the-art fitness center. Medical benefits are available to part-time employees who work 25 or more hours per week. We will work with your availability to create a set weekly schedule. Interested applicants must be able to commute into our Boise, ID office.
