The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) industry. An EMT, Paramedic, or other individual who has worked in this type of environment is strongly encouraged to apply.
ProTransport-1 (PT-1) is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support day-to-day operations as a liaison when triaging calls and arranging patient transports. This role will be the bridge between one of our high-profile clients, their hospital operations, and the PT-1 Communications and Dispatch Center, Santa Clara Operations and Hospital Transfer Center personnel.
Please note this position is on site in a Santa Clara County hospital location.
The Customer Service Coordinator has the unique opportunity to apply their EMS knowledge and skillset in one of the top hospitals in the nation! To be successful, this individual must have high attention to detail, strong customer relations and conflict resolution skills, the ability to find solutions and be knowledgeable in EMS operations.
