Overall Responsibilities of the Media Services Manager include management of the Media Services team and their involvement with:

The generation and maintenance of contracts for clients

The timely and efficient e-filing of business orders/confirmations

Media Traffic, Client Response, and Attribution

Overview/Reconciliation of ‘client media budgets’ as necessary
-
Assignment of media services projects as needed (monitoring, problem-solving, and of a troubleshooting nature)
-
Data Entry, utilizing specialized software and systems
-
Resolving issues that arise between clients and/or stations/social media platforms
-
Communication with clients
-
Generating and utilizing a variety of business operation reports/data from company software and office systems to monitor service timeliness and effectiveness
Compensation:
$58,000 - $65,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Specific Responsibilities include:

Responsible for the selection, onboarding, and training of media services representatives

Supervising the distribution of media services assignments/tasks and monitoring workloads
-
Meeting with the Media Services staff regularly to resolve any workflow issues
-
Providing daily/weekly media services management updates to the CEO. Conducting 1:1 performance feedback and KPI progress reports to media services employees on a routine and scheduled basis. Leading weekly, or on an as-needed basis, media services meetings

Communicating directly with clients/customers and maintaining effective working relationships

Participating in the resolution of issues that arise between the Company and clients/customers as needed
Qualifications:-
5+ years of supervisory/management experience; 7+ years of customer service experience; 10+ years of business office experience

Seasoned supervisory skills/experience; hands-on experience with leading a team

Experience working with all levels of employees/management

Self-starter, with an “upbeat” attitude, who enjoys working with other people to achieve exceptional results

Strong work ethic; conscientious, independent thinker, and a high degree of self-initiative
