Customer Service Manager

Location: OHI, CHI

Proof of vaccination - all new hires must be willing to get fully vaccinated against Covid-19 before their start date

Job details:

  • Exempt Role
  • Ability to work onsite.
  • 10am – 6pm – requires flexibility. Some days later than 10am and some days sooner than 10am. Will need to adjust based on pack schedule.
  • On-call for weekends

The Customer Service Manager position at BrightFarms is the point person for the successful delivery of our product to customers. In this position, you will work closely with the Sales Team to ensure flawless execution of customer fulfillment. This position will be located at our greenhouse location and will require flexible hours to align with harvest and pack schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily Collaboration with Harvest/Pack team on product availability.
  • Align with Sales Executive and Demand and Supply Manger on cross supply.
  • Fulfilment Ownership including product allocation and tracking, customer reconciliation programs, pack slips and booking PO appointments.
  • NetSuite
  • Customer Portals, Itrade, SPS, Nova, Burris
  • New Customer/Item setup
  • Logistics requests

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Strong attention to detail, accurate data entry, organization, and time management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Proficiency with MS office products including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Must be able to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and solid work ethic
  • Experience with Netsuite a plus
  • Experience with Customer Fulfillment Programs (I trade, Food Link, Manhattan) a plus.

Education and Experience requirements:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Valid Driver's license


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: Salaried - $55,000-$60,000 (10% bonus)
