Senior Process Associate

In the role of senior process associate, you will execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines, reviews and validates the inputs from the other team members, support your manager in training activities, daily operations reviews and help in escalation resolution with the objective to meet service level agreement targets for the specific process within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

· Coordinate billing and invoicing

· Adherence to Service Level Agreements, and compliance to regulatory requirements.

· Be involved in day-to-day customer interactions, knowledge management and process reengineering activities.

· Answer emails, internal and external, in a timely and professional manner

· Complete requests asked by ISR’s, FSR’s and Management.

· Create Welcome Packets, New Accounts

· Update customer on account status and needed adjustments. And notify when the account creation portion is completed.

· Update bill to’s, ship to’s and incoterms, shipping method, payment terms per Purchase Orders

· Verify addresses prior to creation, getting authorization when needed per policy.

· Inform order processing of correct ship to information and other account related questions.

Location for this position is Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications
Basic

· High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

· At least 1 year of related work experience
