Job Title:Enrolment Specialist

Location: Minneapolis MN

Rate: $22.00/hr to $22.85/hr

Job Description :

Enrolment Specialists are responsible for assisting in the application process by capturing data from applicants and inputting that information into a web-based application.

Responsibilities:
Assist applicants through application process via telephone (approx. 20 – 30 calls per day)

Promote application completion and follow up with customers, if necessary

Respond to member eligibility questions and verify enrollment status

Qualifications:

12 months of data entry and/or call center experience OR 12 months of experience in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments to perform job duties
An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR equivalent working experience
