Customer Service Rep (Telephone Operator)

AimLoan.com is a San Diego-based company with a 25-year history of taking care of its employees and customers. Our mortgage servicing customer base has grown to 37,000 (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our Customer Service Team.

Our Customer Service Team warmly and enthusiastically greets all incoming calls and assists callers by answering their questions or opening a task for a specialist to handle.

Centrally located in Mission Valley, our work hours are Monday thru Friday, 8:30 to 5:00. Remote work is not offered.

Required Qualifications

• Find joy in serving others
• Become energized and happy when talking to others
• Excellent telephone skills, including a positive, clear and pleasant speaking voice
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong keyboarding skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Customer service experience, preferably on phones
• High school diploma or GED

Compensation and Benefits

• $21 per hour
• 15 days paid time off, plus 6 paid holidays
