Customer Service Rep:

The Customer Service Rep prepares, generates, and delivers customized IMR technical reports which accurately reflecting test results and other customer-required information. Interfaces with internal scientists, engineers, technicians, and staff members to collect information and data required to prepare accurate and timely reports.

Location: East Windsor, CT
