Customer Service Rep I

Performance Health is seeking a Customer Service Rep I to join our team. As part of the Customer Experience Team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high standards of service to customers in order to develop and maintain a quality reputation in the marketplace, build public relations and increase sales.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duties satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAccurate and efficient data entry of all fax/email orders meeting established hourly/weekly/monthly KPI's.Email correspondence to customer or sales rep using an established template Assist with phone que overflow as neededPerforms other duties as assigned Job Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent1 years of experience in a service or data entry roleProficient with Microsoft Office applications e.g. Word and ExcelEfficient and accurate data input & processing of core customer transactions e.g. sales orders, returns, new account setupAble to proficiently use the internet & email applications, including management of multiple email inboxesExperience working in a remote environmentExperience working in a structured environment following Schedule Adherence Performance Health is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
