Customer Service Rep III

As a customer service representative, you will post charges and payments in the Banner and Touchnet systems in a timely manner, process cardholder accounts and meal plan management, and produce ID cards for students, faculty, staff, contractors, and other campus visitors. You will also participate in orientation processes for students, process requests for parking decals in the TiceTrak system, and process requests and reports for activity readers for campus events. This position is responsible for maintaining the departmental email account and assisting with departmental telephone support.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-service environment
• Exceptional communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Banner and Atrium experience

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
